WHERE ARE YOUR PIECES MADE?

All PRISTINE garments are made by hand in London.

WHAT ARE YOUR PIECES MADE OF?

The PRISTINE collection is produced using sustainable materials wherever possible - think organic cotton, silk satins and crepes (biodegradable!), Tencel (made from wood pulp) and recycled PET (polyester made from regenerated plastic bottles!).

We are not perfect, but sustainable manufacture is at the heart of our business and we will only improve.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment can be made for your order via credit & debit card, Paypal and Klarna. Please only shop with Klarna if you know you can afford the repayments, debt isn't cool.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most PRISTINE garments are made to order in London. We aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 15 working days from purchase. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Upon dispatch you will receive an email containing your tracking info. Please bare in mind it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to display.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Due to the made to order nature of our collection, once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel. If you wish to change the size or colour, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order.

I NEED MY ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE...

Please email us in advance of placing an order if you require a faster turnaround. we will try to accommodate requests wherever possible. Dependent on the piece, there may be a surcharge for express manufacture.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Due to the made to order nature of the business, unwanted items can be returned for store credit only. If your piece is faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible after receipt.
